At Hop Head Farms LLC, we provide quality Midwest Michigan hops to everyone from commercial breweries, brew pubs, and home brewers. With over 37 years of combined horticulture experience, we are not your hobbyist farmer. We are "Green Industry" professionals, known for proper plant cultivation, with continued expertise in horticulture research and integrated pest management, all the while maximizing environmental stewardship through sustainable cultural practices and growing and processing of our premium products. Our Location

Situated in beautiful Barry County, Hop Head Farms is proud to be in the center of Michigan beer country! We are 30 minutes from Battle Creek and Kalamazoo. An hour from Grand Rapids and Lansing. Just a quick jog from I-94 if you are traveling from Detroit or Chicago! If you are a craft or home brewer in the Great Lakes region , we've got your local top quality hops!

Our Quality

Our full-time farm operation of more than 15 acres receives the highest quality stamp of approval. We provide our hops with premium plant care; drip irrigation, monitored fertilization scheduling, and soil and tissue sampling.

Our 2012 offerings direct from the farm will be Cascade, Centennial, Chinook, Magnum, and Nugget. Always ask about our current varieties as we continue to have additional varieties each year and subsequent years.
